We are looking for a Data Center Technician to join ourexpanding Infrastructure Operations team. Data Center Techniciansare the primary resolver and troubleshoot and solve a range of datacenter infrastructure issues including, but not limited to:hardware, fibre, networking, and related problems. This role isintended for individuals with Categorie Protette. You will be partof the Data Center Operations (DCO) team, overseeing the operationand maintenance of the IT infrastructure and hardware for datacenters in AWS Cloud regions. You will become the primary resolverfor your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on differenthardware and software cases. You will be able to troubleshoot andsolve most infrastructure issues and engage other appropriatesolutions groups on more complex problems to drive solutions. Keyjob responsibilities DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO) TECHNICAN -Diagnosing the hardware and network problems, with physical repairsand hardware component replacements - Performing root causeanalysis of equipment failures - Troubleshooting events withininternal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Flexibility to workshifts (day/night), including weekends or public holidays for 24/7data center support. SAFETY Follow and maintain the highest safetystandards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture.Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safetyculture.
