MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the E-Business& CRM Global Team, the E-Commerce Specialist will support thedaily management of on-site activities, working under guidance toensure alignment with brand objectives. This role involves activelymonitoring sales performance and key digital metrics, with theability to respond to input and optimize product placement to boostconversion, leveraging emerging trends, and contributing to onlinesales growth. the key responsibilities are: - Homepage &Content Updates: Manage and update the website homepage and othercontent pages, utilizing Page Designer or HTML when necessary toensure visually appealing and engaging content - Campaign &Promotion Management: Create and manage campaigns and promotionswithin the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform, ensuring effectiveexecution and optimization - Catalog & Publication Management:Manage the product catalog and ensure products are ready for launchwith all necessary elements, including images, copy, and stockavailability - Website Personalization: Implement websitepersonalization strategies using Page Designer and Customer Groupsto enhance the customer experience and drive conversion - PlatformTesting & Quality Assurance: Continuously check and test theSFCC platform to ensure promotions, content, and stock levels arein line with expectations and functioning correctly - VisualMerchandising: Curate visual merchandising for the Maison website,considering delivery schedules, seasonal trends, collectionperformance, and inventory levels to enhance the customerexperience - Operations & Customer Care: Collaborate withOperations and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless customerexperience, smooth order fulfillment, and address any relatedissues REQUIREMENTS - E-commerce passionate with previousexperience in similar roles (preferably within a luxury brand) -Good experience in e-commerce, with a focus on website updates,campaign execution, site merchandising, and content management -Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including campaignmanagement, Page Designer, and Customer Groups is mandatory -Experience with HTML for content updates - Extremely organized andhighly attentive to detail - Excellent communication andpresentation skillls - Fluent in English; additional languages area plus Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuantto art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679(GDPR) available at the following link:https://outside.lvmh-pc.it/downloads/ADP_INFORMATIVA_PRIVACY_CANDIDATI.pdf
