Bal Harbour Restaurant & Entertainment is selecting the following profiles to complete the Restaurant & front of house team:

1. Chef de rang: with a great initiative and delicate approach to our clientele, upseller, competent, composed to work under pressure.
2. Commis de rang: with a strong ability to anticipate and work closer to the cdr.
3. Runner: with a strong energy to support and adapt to different work scenarios.
4. Restaurant Receptionist & Hostess: able to provide detailed information about Bal Harbour services on site and off site, engage with guests, and organize bookings according to our standards in order to increase covers, and promote awareness locally and via email.
5. Cashier: with great attention to detail in following payment procedures and organizing all needed materials in advance.
