Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a trading process specialist (m, f, d) as a Business Analyst Trading Processes Bank .
Aufgaben
- Conducting analyses of the bank''s trading processes, compliance (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II) and operational risks.
- Based on the control deficits in the trading systems identified by internal or external audit, develop solutions to optimize trading processes.
- Support the Trading department in establishing and maintaining a robust control framework and setting up second line of defense controls.
- In close cooperation with IT, Trading and Legal & Compliance Department and external specialists, implement trading related policies, to ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Plan and conduct audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks related to applicable laws and regulations.
- Ad hoc project work based on events to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities in the trading systems.
- Point of contact for the business on compliance issues.
Qualifikation
- Masters'' or Bachelor''s in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
- Experience in the middle office or trading of a bank or as external or internal auditor.
- Experience in banking matters, financial markets and financial products.
- Understanding of financial market infrastructure activities.
- Familiarity with operational risk in trading and knowledge of the relevant regulations.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly between business and IT.
- Flair for IT processes and systems.
- Dedication and motivation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Skilled in German as well as English.
