About the Role
A confidential high-tech company is looking for an Embedded Algorithms & Simulation Engineer to join its multidisciplinary R&D team. You will contribute to the development of complex and mission-critical embedded systems, working on the entire product lifecyclefrom algorithm design to real-world validation and field testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded algorithms for guidance, navigation, flight control, and targeting systems
- Model and simulate control laws and physical systems using MATLAB/Simulink
- Analyze large-scale test data and perform advanced statistical evaluations
- Conduct Verification & Validation (V&V) activities, including simulation-based and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing
- Implement and integrate real-time algorithms on microcontroller-based embedded systems (C/C++)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams (systems, software, electronics, mechanics)
Candidate Profile
- Education: Masters degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a demanding technical environment (e.g., defense, space, automotive)
- Solid background in embedded algorithm development and hands-on experience with field trials or test campaigns
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, and real-time embedded systems
- Familiarity with embedded architecture constraints and V&V methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
