About the Role
Were on the hunt for a Business Development (Key Accounts) & Strategic Executive Sales to lead high-value client relationships and drive new business initiatives across the stands and events sector. This is not just a sales role its a strategic leadership position where youll shape our commercial roadmap and push the boundaries of growth.
Key Responsabilities
Lead business development initiatives to identify and break into new industries
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to generate new opportunities
Attend key events to seek out new clients and expand the professional network
Review and fulfill RFP requirements by developing tailored documentation and impactful presentations to win potential clients.
Anticipate market trends and leverage insights to drive strategic growth
Conduct calls and visit strategic trade shows as designated by the sales management
Engage with companies seeking support in brand experiences or events, and attract them through impactful, tailored presentations
Create and maintain strategic partnerships with venues, hotels, and other event spaces to offer our services to their clients
Seek strategic alliances with event organizers to position Pro Expo as a trusted production partner
Explore complementary services where Pro Expo can add value, such as: corporate events, roadshows, brand partnership events or organize a whole congress .
Secondary role :
Lead marketing campaigns to develop initiatives through newsletters, brochures, and presentations
Manage content creation and scheduling for social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, showcasing our best work to potential clients
What we are looking for:
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, and business development
Proven ability to develop pipelines, win business, and manage high-profile accounts
Experience in marketing and content management is a plus.
A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and solution-oriented approach
Confident presenter and negotiator across diverse business settings
Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
Experience in the stands and events industry is highly valued
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Results-driven, collaborative, and growth-focused
Location: Based in Barcelona
