eurpeoples customer, a global leading organisation, is seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant to join their ongoing assignment in Switzerland.

The overall project is to consolidate all the SAP BW installations from the regions into the central HANA platform, including the migration of Web objects.

The SAP BW developer will be responsible for carrying out analytical activities and all software development associated with the migration as well as business analysis tasks.

Your main responsibilities are:

1. Carrying out analytical activities and all software development tasks associated with the migration of SAP BW Web Templates from 3.x to 7.x.
2. Understanding requirements from existing Web Templates (3.x), upgrading to 7.x, and transporting the new objects to the new platform.
3. Applying new 7.x functionality that was implemented using .js in 3.x where this functionality was available at the initial implementation time.
4. Identifying and migrating DSOs and queries necessary for the Web Template objects to work.
5. Performing unit testing on the developed components to ensure that existing (3.x) functionality and results are replicated in new objects (7.x).

Required qualifications include:

• Very good knowledge of Web Templates experience with 3.x and 7.x SAP BW7.4 based on HANA SAP Portal Integration with BW WAD Web Templates 3.x and ideally 7.x.
• ABAP Development for SAP BW.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in complex system landscapes with regional/local exceptions.
• Unit testing experience the developer must be able to test their own code.

Pharma experience is a PLUS.
