We are looking for a Lean Process Engineer to supportLU-VE Group. In your role you will report to the Plant Lean ProcessManager and you will be part of Lean process EngineeringDepartment. You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Alonte (VI), Italy.Mission of the role To improve the Plant productivity andcompetitiveness, through involving our people on Lean principles& methods implementation, and applying new technologies andautomation starting from manufacturing processes You will be incharge of Standard Routings definition and calculation - Analyzingand managing production flow processes - Calculating and managingtime for each process phase - Implementing standard routings toimprove efficiency and reduce costs Manufacturing Softwares KeyUser - Managing and optimizing the software used in production -Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user supportStandard Operating Procedures creation - Support to creation andmaintenance SOP Time measurement method standardization andtraining - Measure times and analysis - Definition of standardmeasurement methods and modules Efficiency and Productivityimprovement projects - OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)calculation monitoring Performance and Cycle Time Benchmarking byProduct and Process - Collecting and analyzing data on performanceand cycle times - Comparing performance with industry standards orbest practices - Identifying improvement opportunities based onbenchmarking results Production Line balancing - Analyzing workloadand capacity of production lines - Implementing strategies tobalance workload and optimize resource use - Continuouslymonitoring and adjusting line balancing Feasibility analysis andProcesses definition - Evaluating the technical and economicfeasibility of new products, improvements process or new investmentto increase efficiency and reduce costs - Collaborating withengineering and production teams to implement new processesEducation & Experience we are looking for - A bachelors degreein engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering or TechnicalDiploma. - Experience: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing orproduction environment, with a proven track record in timemeasurement. (using a stopwatch) Qualifications we are looking for- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsto identify issues and implement effective solutions. - Knowledgeof Autocad 2D and preferable knowledge of 3D modeling (Inventor,Solidworks) - knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferable) -Leadership: Leadership and project management skills, with theability to lead cross-functional teams. - Communication: Excellentverbal and written communication skills to train staff andcommunicate with all levels of the organization. - TechnicalProficiency: Familiarity with lean production principles andexpertise in time and methods analysis. Understanding of ergonomicsconcepts and index - Knowledge of production cycles, phases, andbill of materials - Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detailto ensure processes are thoroughly evaluated and optimized. -Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing business environmentsand handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Lean Principle andMethods knowledge could be a differential.
