For a valued client of us, I am looking for a IAM Application Onboarding Engineer (IGA). Scope of the assignment: As IAM Application Onboarding Engineer with strong consultancy skills and competences you are part of an Agile team responsible for the onboarding of Application onto our IAM landscape for Authorization and Authentication. You are supporting the onboarding of applications and other operational activities based on standardization. This also means you will identify non-standard GAPs to the IGA platform team to create standards that can be reused. The IGA platform is Sailpoint and the Authentication platform is Okta. As a team we work DevOps so also onboarding related INC and standard IGA request are handled by the onboarding team. The IAM Application Onboarding Engineer works closely together with the IGA Product Owner, Scrum Master and all other members of the IAM IGA an AM Teams part of the Agile Release Train for IAM. Job Description Main responsibilities Validation and implementation of functional and non-functional requirements for the onboarding of business applications into the IAM solution in agreement with the business / IT principles and practices and standards. Having intakes with application owner for onboarding their application using the standard patterns. If not standard determine the work needed for application to connect to our standard or create a new standard if work can be repeated multiple times. Configure the technical application onboarding using our standard functionality in line with the IAM architectural principles, the company IAM strategy and the standard IAM processes. Being responsible for onboarding applications E2E, so from intake to acceptance. Drive standardization and automation. Actively participate in the Scrum/SAFE events. Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities/functionalities according to the specifications. Stakeholder management Timely and clear communication, share information and knowledge Share responsibility and leverage expertise of others Required Skills Good communication skills with respect to interaction with application stakeholders and understanding requirements (consultancy skills); Capable of identifying new standard onboarding patterns and explain applications our standard onboarding patterns; Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks; Min 3 years professional experience with Identity Access Management; Min 1 years professional experience with IGA/SailPoint or similar tooling. Focused more on onboarding applications; Knowledge of and experience with entitlement/authorization management processes; Nice to have: Scripting / Programming experience (i.e. Java, Beanshell, JavaScript); Strong integration experience with SailPoint working with LDAP, web services (Rest/SOAP), SCIM, Database, SAAS applications (OKTA), Workday, SAP Suite etc. Experience working with CICD Pipelines, Azure, Linux servers etc. Experience with working in an Agile team as DevOps engineer; Personal skills Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and able to work effectively under minimal supervision;
