Successful candidates will report to the Senior TA Lead within the wider EMEA HR team (20 members).The gigThe TA Lead role within our retail operations can be categorized into three focus areas:Store Management Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for vacancies in existing stores.New Store Recruitment: Own the recruitment process to support our retail expansion.Store Enablement: Empower store management teams to recruit their own teams.As we expand our retail footprint in existing and new markets, experience in a retail business undergoing growth is advantageous. Your role is crucial in supporting the commercial success of our business by working closely with business areas and leadership teams to deliver timely Talent Acquisition solutions aligned with their priorities.ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering with hiring managers to develop strong talent plans, collaborating with EMEA HR Leadership on people strategies.Talent pooling: building a diverse talent pipeline for future growth, both internally and externally.Supporting and mentoring Recruitment Champions in your regions to support their development and success.Assisting the Snr TA Lead for Retail and EMEA HR Leadership on projects to improve processes, including performance reporting.Monitoring recruitment KPIs and driving continuous improvement, supporting our EDI initiatives.Developing and managing external partnerships to enhance employer branding and awareness.What sets you apartProven in-house recruitment experience within a matrix business, specifically in retail, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.A keen interest in retail and supporting career development and diversity initiatives.Strong coaching skills to support and challenge managers.Up-to-date with current recruitment methods, including social media tools like LinkedIn.Excellent relationship-building skills with credibility to influence and lead.Passion for leadership, mentorship, and representing the brand enthusiastically.Organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.Whats in it for you?Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days at home)65% discount on all Dr.Martens productsAward-winning Buy As You Earn share planPrivate healthcareA dedicated culture teamTwo paid volunteer days per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
