Freelance SAP HCM Consultant Spanish Payroll Experience | Remote with Occasional Onsite Presence in Madrid
We are currently seeking an experienced freelance SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in Spanish payroll to join an exciting S/4HANA implementation project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment alongside a team of skilled professionals driving digital transformation through SAP S/4HANA.
Contract Type: Freelance
Location: Remote with occasional onsite in Madrid, Spain
Initial Duration: 6 months with high potential for extensions
Start Date: ASAP or based on mutual agreement
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Spanish payroll processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration with S/4HANA.
- Provide expert guidance on local payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and best practices.
- Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.
- Assist in issue resolution and optimization during project phases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with specific expertise in Spanish payroll.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and regulatory compliance in Spain.
- Prior experience in S/4HANA projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
- Willingness to be onsite in Madrid up to twice per month as needed by the project.
