As our ERP Functional Analyst, you will work closely with our ERP Application Specialist to analyze and optimize business processes and workflows related to our ERP system, IFS. Your focus will be on ensuring these processes are efficient and support our organization''s evolving needs. You will understand user requirements, create functional specifications, and implement solutions that enhance our ERP processes and provide valuable services to our team.
YOUR ROLE
As our ERP Functional Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with process owners to analyze workflows and identify ERP improvement opportunities.
- Define and translate user requirements into functional specifications and analyses.
- Collaborate with the ERP Application Specialist to design, test, and validate ERP solutions.
- Train users and teams on the effective use of ERP and maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Stay up to date on ERP and ICT developments and evaluate new trends for potential implementation.
- Report to the ICT Manager and work closely together with the global ICT team.
ABOUT YOU
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
- Hold a masters degree or have equivalent relevant experience, with at least 5 years of work experience, ideally in an international and/or projects environment.
- Have experience working with an ERP system to optimize business processes.
- Have a strong background in change management and process improvement.
- Communicate effectively, you can simplify and explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Be proactive, with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous learning.
- Be fluent in English.
