  Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordin
• ation.Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP
• systemCoordinate and support onboarding and offboarding proc
• esses.Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regula
• tions.Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashb
