Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Plans Demand and Supply of a portfolio of items, with excellent accuracy on the short, mid and long term. Replenishes stock in order to ensure benchmark service to our customers, at the best inventory level and cost.Achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors Plans Demand and Supply of a portfolio of items, with excellent accuracy on the short, mid and long term and replenishes stock in order to ensure benchmark service to our customers, at the best inventory level, cost and requested ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio.Continuously reviews the Sales / Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales / production plan in timing and quantities.Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.Ensures the sales forecast input from other departments is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting).Qualifications:Bachelor in business administration or in industrial engineering.2 years experience in Demand planning in consumer goods company or B2B is a plus.Excel mastery.Knowledge in SAP, IBP and BI.Very good English skills, B2 level or above.Good statistical, analytical and problem solving skills.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
