This position is based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid working model combining in-person collaboration and individual focus time.The ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Advisor, you will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the Customer Engagement team. Your key responsibilities include:Manage inbound and outbound leads and customer interactions across various channels (phone, chat, email).Support and assist customers while coordinating RSA cases through Polestar channels and our support network.Occasionally visit the network of agents and support centers to ensure smooth operations.Handle all customer-related activities promptly, in line with global KPIs, delivering exceptional experiences.The Ideal CandidateTo succeed, you should be customer-oriented, possess problem-solving skills, and work well collaboratively. You should be passionate about customer satisfaction and the EV industry, with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and trust. Flexibility and proactivity are essential.Additionally, you should have:Experience in customer care, preferably within the automotive industry.Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with various communication platforms.Experience with administrative management of customer service.The ProcessIf this aligns with your ambitions, please apply.
