As a Lead Data Modeller, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data models that will support organizations data architecture and analytics initiatives. You will lead a team of Data modellers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping and implementing data architecture strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Lead the design and development of conceptual, logical and physical data models to support business requirements, operational and analytical needs.
Work closely with data architects, data engineers, and analysts to create a cohesive data strategy.
Participate in design and architecture discussions to ensure alignment with data modelling efforts.
Stay up to date with emerging data technologies, trends, and industry developments. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to support and inspire a team of Data Modellers. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively convey complex data modelling concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can identify opportunities for improvement and drive data modelling excellence.
You excel in managing relationships and stakeholders at various levels, establishing trust and collaboration to drive successful outcomes. You can guide the team in overcoming technical obstacles and making informed decisions.
You have a strong understanding of data governance principles and can establish and enforce data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data protection measures.

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., or experience in designing enterprise data models
