Data Product Lead - Commercial Analytics - 6 months contract - Remote
We are seeking a Data Product Lead for Commercial Analytics to define and drive the analytics strategy and execution across our commercial business units. This role plays a critical part in transforming commercial insights into actionable value.
Functional Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in commercial analytics, with 5 + years in a lead or product ownership role within data and analytics.
- Value Mindset: Track record of identifying, articulating, and delivering business value through data initiatives in the Commercial Analytics space.
- Commercial Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of commercial business processes including sales, marketing, customer engagement, and their supporting analytics frameworks.
- Product Management Skills: Strong background in digital and data product management, particularly within complex global organizations.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate with senior business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong foundation in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques.
- Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Technical Requirements
- Solution Delivery: Hands-on experience leading end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, from discovery to deployment.
- Data source knowledge: SAP, Salesforce CRM, OCP, Salesforce Marketing Automation, IQVIA, Store execution applications (TRAX)
