Contextualisation: Motivated by the companys Together andBeyond strategy, Geoposts Communication department has a dualmission: to define, promote and radiate the corporate Geopost brandand to support the commercial brands (DPD, Chronopost, SEUR, BRT) to differentiate from the competition. Its dual mission is unitedby a common belief that first-class communication engages keyaudiences to become strong advocates for Geoposts corporate andcommercial brands and is a unique driver of business success. Thecommunication team is transforming to be further more impact drivenand is therefore looking for his/her next Content Manager. Do youcombine a journalistic mindset with a talent for producing sharp,strategic content? As a Content Manager, you lead our editorialstrategy and oversee content production across multiple channelsand formats including strategic messaging. This is a key role forsomeone who combines strategic thinking with strong executionskills, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-pacedinternational environment to produce punctual or ongoing content.Strategic storyline & Corporate messaging: You contribute toidentifying the best messages to highlight Geoposts unique valueproposition and avenues for its development strategy to nurture allCorporate communications platforms throughout the year (events,interviews, thought leadership, publications, annual reports,equity story, financial releases...). You produce or adjustregularly key content pieces. Content factory: You animate theEditorial committee and other governance meetings, define thecontent roadmap, manage production timelines, oversee interviewsand insight sources to ensure high-quality and on-branddeliverables. Working closely with internal teams (communications,marketing, HR, sales, sustainability, operations, innovation... butalso our BU contributors) and managing our external content agency,the Content Manager plays a central part in amplifying our voiceand value via a consistent, engaging and impact-driven editorial& content strategy. You are a key player of the communicationteam, reporting to the external communication and content manager,and collaborating with every team: internal team, digital team,commercial brand team Your missions : - Develop and implement aconsistent, impactful editorial strategy across all owned channels,based on the proposals made by our partner agency. - Manageend-to-end content production (text articles, videos,infographics): from planning to briefing, editing, approval andpublication, briefing & interviews included. - Coordinate withinternal stakeholders of the communication team and otherdepartments at HQ level, and on the ground (with our varioussubsidiaries, and possibly externally to identify contentopportunities and gather key inputs / insight. - Lead therelationship with our content agency, ensuring quality,consistency, and timelines. - Draft and edit original writtencontent in English (and/or French exceptionally), depending on theneeds and channels, to complete the flow which is owned by theagency. - Monitor performance and adjust content approaches asneeded. - Contribute to thought leadership initiatives andcross-functional projects of the communication team Who we arelooking for: Initial training: - Literature with or Literarypreparatory class - Degree in journalism/media and / orcommunications school with writing specialization in editorial& content; Interpersonal skills: - Capacity to embrace the bigpicture, appetite for technical, business, marketing &corporate environments - Strong team spirit and excellentinterpersonal skills Required experience: - 5 to 10 years in aposition of Content manager in an editorial agency and / or withina comm
