The ideal candidate will have a background in Remarketing Automotive, be digitally savvy, and passionate about getting things right on the first attempt.Role Accountabilities:Guide the demand management process with involved markets to optimize auction sales performance by aligning buyer demand with available supply.Establish criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auction requests, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.Maintain visibility into market demand, inventory levels, and auction capacity to maximize transaction efficiency and buyer satisfaction.Implement governance structures to enhance transparency in auction performance, aligning demand-side needs with supply-side capabilities.Monitor auction program performance, ensuring optimal execution, budget adherence, and revenue alignment.Standardize reporting mechanisms for buyer trends, supply availability, and auction results to support decision-making.Oversee key auction technology initiatives to enhance buyer experience and transaction success.Support local teams managing supply-side integrations, ensuring consistency with governance standards and demand requirements.Act as a strategic bridge between supply teams, buyers, IT, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with sales goals.Enhance stakeholder engagement to improve market visibility, supply-demand matching, and auction outcomes.Key Skills and Competencies:Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and auction dynamics to develop demand-driven strategies.Data-driven decision making: Strong analytical skills to interpret trends, forecast demand, and optimize performance.Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with buyers, internal teams, and partners.Process optimization: Experience in developing efficient, scalable demand management processes.Project and program management: Proven ability to oversee large initiatives with timely execution.Technology understanding: Knowledge of auction platforms, pricing algorithms, and engagement tools.Negotiation and influencing skills: Capability to align supply with demand through relationship management.Governance and compliance: Familiarity with auction governance, reporting, and regulatory standards.Experience Required:Industry knowledge in auction-based sales, e-commerce, or supply chain management is preferred.Experience in demand management, sales operations, or strategic planning within a commercial environment.Proven success in driving demand strategies, increasing buyer engagement, and sales optimization.Cross-functional collaboration experience with IT, sales, and supply chain teams.European market exposure and understanding of regional buyer behavior is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
