Job Title: Test Technician 2nd Shift - 2:45pm-11:15pm (MON-FRI)Location: Franklin, MAPay Range: $26.10/hrSUMMARY:Technical background. Performs technical functions supporting manufacturing and/or engineering activities. Conducts functional testing and analysis of products to ensure operation and reliability. Runs diagnostic procedures and basic troubleshooting from design, test, and checkout, to modification, fabrication, and assembly tasks in the production of products.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Analyzes and troubleshoots failures using diagnostic software and test.Obtains working knowledge of test equipment set up and use.Participates in continuous improvement in processes, quality, and productivity.Identifies more complex failures and escalates to higher technical levels.Identifies defective materials, highlights failure trends, and maintains test logs.Transfers daily status information to other shift personnel.SKILLS:Ability to move a fully loaded board rack on wheels.Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 2 boards.Ability to safely reach and remove a board from a 3 tier board storage rack.Ability to influence others to achieve results; mentoring/coaching skills.Proficient technical aptitude; ability to describe subsystems at a functional level.If this is a role that interests you and youd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
