Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Business Developer on behalf of a fast-growing renewable energy startup based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Evaluate leads before passing them to Account Executives.
- Explore untapped market segments and update the customer database accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
- Work closely with technical and data teams to support the improvement of renewable energy solutions.
- Provide regular updates on KPIs and market trends to the Head of Sales.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in a lead generation role (e.g., BDR, SDR) in a SaaS or technical environment.
- Fluent in English, plus either French or German (other EU languages are a plus).
- Strong initiative, energy, and sense of ownership.
- Ability to grasp technical products and communicate their value.
- Proficient in CRM platforms; knowledge of lead-gen tools is a plus.
- Experience managing stakeholders.
