In this role, youll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding premium digital publishershelping them unlock new monetization opportunities while driving meaningful value across our performance marketing ecosystem.
What you''ll do
Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and outreach to negotiation and close.
Identify and engage high-potential publishers across mobile environments including web, app, CTV, and programmatic channels.
Pitch our value proposition with clarity and impactarticulating how we drive growth and revenue for partners.
Build a strong, qualified pipeline through research, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
Provide market feedback to help shape our publisher offering, tools, and monetization strategies.
Exceed sales targets by consistently closing high-value deals that align with business goals.
Own manage a portfolio of publishers onboardedaligning their business objectives with strategic planning.
Analyze, track, and optimize campaign performancereport on KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and tackle underperformance head-on.
What You Bring
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing account managementpreferably in app marketing, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or programmatic advertising.

Sharp analytical strategic thinking skillsyou spot trends, connect the dots, and take action.
Strong understanding of the digital publishing ecosystemincluding monetization models, traffic sources, and ad tech.
