Senior Broker Property (m/f/d)
Your main tasks
Risk management and advice on coverage concepts for customers
Carrying out tenders for national and international insurance programs
Developing contract analyses, optimization options and insurance concepts
Presenting negotiation results to customers
Supporting sales in acquiring new customers and advising customers
Negotiating with insurers
Maintaining the insurer network
Advising internal and external customers
Working in project teams
Your profile
Training in the non-life insurance sector or commercial training with corresponding further training in the insurance sector (e.g. specialist certificate, ARM etc.)
Several years of professional experience in the non-life insurance industry (insurer or broker)
Experience in dealing with national and international insurance contracts
Communicative and analytical personality with a solution and customer oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic and demanding environment, in a specialist team and with account executives
Business fluent in German and English required, French is an advantage
