We are seeking an P&C IS and Analytics Specialist.Job Purpose: To maintain P&C IS in place and related processesand procedures designed to obtain record and process keyinformation. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records of all HR financial transactions,ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. To recommend,implement and plan for improvements, enhancement and newapplications to the systems. Stakeholder Communication:Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provideclarity on budgetary constraints and financial performance. DataAnalysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data toprovide actionable insights on workforce trends, employeeperformance, and compensation metrics. Develop and maintain HRdashboards and reports for senior management. HR Metrics: Proposeand track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employeeabsenteeism and other KPIs. Use these metrics to identify areasfor improvement and support strategic HR initiatives. ProjectManagement: Lead and participate in HR projects focused on processimprovement, system implementation, and data integration. Ensureprojects are completed on time and within budget. Hard Skills andSoft Skills required: Qualification/area of specialization:Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics, ManagementEngineering, Statistics or related fields (preferable), any otherdegree. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in P&C analyticsroles in companies advanced in the subjects in question. Haveprevious experience in implementing HR systems. Have actuallyworked with advanced HR systems and/or have supported upgrades ofHR systems. Excellent knowledge of the English language at awritten and spoken level; Analytical skills and proficiency indata analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, HCM systems). Excellent communication skills; Ability to work collaborativelyin a team environment and manage multiple projects at once; Collaborate closely with Comp & Ben Managers, HR BusinessPartners, Payroll Managers, Finance and other stakeholders to aligncompensation strategies with business goals.
