Requirements - For our office in Rome, we arelooking for graduates in Engineering or Architecture to join ourInfrastructure Division team as Computist for projects to bedeveloped for both public and private clients. - The candidate willbe responsible for the preparation of economic quantifications(parametric estimates / estimated metric calculations and relatedWBS setting / analysis and verification of new cost items /differential appraisals / work accounting) at the various stages ofproject design and execution. - A technical background, effectivecommunication skills and aptitude for teamwork are required. - Atleast 3-5 years'' experience in the design and execution ofconstruction and infrastructure works (road/railways, structuresand hydraulics, etc.) and knowledge of the most commonly usedsoftware for the preparation of metric calculations, accounting andprice analyses (Team System CPM (formerly STR) / Primus / Autocad /Revit / ArchVision) is required. Knowledge of regional tariffs isalso required, as well as knowledge of RFI and ANAS. - A good levelof English is considered an additional qualification. Requisiti - Per la nostra sededi Roma, cerchiamo laureati in Ingegneria o Architettura dainserire nel nostro team della Divisione Infrastrutture comeComputista per progetti da sviluppare sia per clienti pubblici cheprivati. - Il candidato sar responsabile della predisposizionedelle quantificazioni economiche (stime parametriche /computimetrici estimativi e relativa impostazione della WBS / analisi everifica di nuove voci di costo / perizie differenziali /contabilit lavori) nelle varie fasi di progettazione e diesecuzione del progetto. - Si richiede un background tecnico,capacit di comunicazione efficace e attitudine al lavoro disquadra. - Sono richiesti almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nellaprogettazione e nellesecuzione di opere edili e infrastrutturali(viabilit/ferrovie, strutture, idraulica, ecc.) e la conoscenzadei software di uso pi comune per la redazione di computi metrici,contabilit e analisi dei prezzi (Team System CPM (ex STR) / Primus/ Autocad / Revit / ArchVision). Si richiede inoltre la conoscenzadei tariffari Regionali, oltre a quelle di RFI e ANAS. - Un buonlivello di inglese considerato una qualifica aggiuntiva.
