CONSULTYS BENELUX is looking for a DSP Engineer to strengthen its team. ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Technology Transfer and Process Validation: Manage technology transfer, initial process validation, and define process control strategies for new manufacturing processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase yield and robustness, supported by data packages.
- Support Existing Processes: Monitor and trend data, generate scientific/technical study protocols and reports, and assess product impact from significant deviations.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with SOPs, global standards, regulations, and product registration, and draft/review project documentation.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Provide GMP support on the floor, conduct GEMBAs, and collaborate across departments.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a PhD or Master''s degree in a scientific field
- You have at least 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry (or in a GMP-regulated environment)
- You have a background in large-scale biotech manufacturing equipment and experience in protein purification
- You have excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and familiarity with statistical and data trending techniques
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
