QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform), is looking for a Account Payable Specialist, ready to take on the challenge within the Finance Department. If you are interested and ready to take on such a responsibility, then we want you!
Mission:
Reporting to the Accounting Manager of QSRP based in Antwerp the Accounting Payable specialist is accountable for verifying proper payment approval, processing payments in a timely manner.
In particular you will carry on the following activities:
- Match supplier invoices to authorizing purchase orders and proofs of receipt
- Obtain payment approvals for non-cost of goods sold invoices
- Enter all supplier invoices into the payables software
- Issue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoice line items
- Process expense reports
- Process procurement card payments
- Notify managers when budgeted expenditure levels have been exceeded
- Issue stop payments
- Discuss with local management payment proposal.
- Incorporate all applicable supplier credits into payments made
- Research supplier requests for payment
- Update the supplier master file
- Reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger
Main requirements:
- Bachelors or Master''s Degree in Business Administration is well appreciated
- Maximum 5 years of experience with accounting principles, book-keeping concept
- Good Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Knowledge of French is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Able to embrace new challenges in fast changing environment
- Good communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
