As Key Account Manager for our Hospital Networkin Biosimilars in the Flanders region, you will: Develop sales inthe assigned sector, in accordance with the strategy determined bythe Commercial and Marketing Direction. Promote the relevantpharmaceutical specialties to healthcare professionals incompliance with current regulations. Provide healthcareprofessionals with quality information, based on scientificallyvalidated data, to ensure the proper use of the relevantpharmaceutical specialties. Your responsibilities include:Operational Mission: Product Launch and Business Development: launch biosimilar products, develop sales, and implement companystrategies. Prospect and define targeting in the sector. Identifykey experts, and key establishments. Define and implement actionplans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed. Manage the sectorbudget. Reporting: Enter daily activity reports, analyzeactivities, and implement corrective actions Communication andTraining: Promote the company''s image and the proper use ofproducts in accordance with ethical standards. Provide productinformation and training to various stakeholders Masterinstitutional, product, and environmental communication and applyit in the sector using available promotional tools. Organize andlead professional meetings (staff meetings etc), participate innational and regional congresses. Feedback Collection: Collectand transmit pharmacovigilance and materiovigilance informationwhen necessary. Provide marketing information from the field.Quality and Environment Mission: Comply with applicableprocedures and rules, use approved promotional documents. Implement marketing-sales campaigns. Relay customer expectationsregarding the environment. Adopt eco-friendly practices,including eco-driving, etc. Your Profile: You are passionate abouthealthcare, enthusiastic, and proactive. You want to make adifference in this world to better help patients. Additionally, youhave/are: Min. Bachelors degree in a scientific background +5years of experience in a similar role. A strong commercial acumenwith experience in promotional information activities Result-oriented, customer focused and hands-on A strongunderstanding of the hospital, medical, and healthcare systemenvironment, as well as the prescription environment. Excellentcommunication skills in Dutch and English. French and/or German isa plus. Independent in executing tasks but also strong teamplayer. CRM savvy What do we offer?
