Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Challenges: Optimize campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA) to maximize web conversions and app installs.
- Results-Driven Focus: Key projects include employer sign-ups and in-app actions (CPI/CPA).
- Innovation: Design keyword strategies, A/B tests, and advanced analytics to boost ROI.
- Collaborative Culture: Work with cross-functional teams (data, creative, marketing) and grow professionally.
- Flexibility: Remote model.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years managing large-budget, scalable campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B (preferred).
- Track record in app install campaigns and conversion metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Advanced Spanish (preferred).
