Responsibilities As a System Engineer, your role will be vital in ensuring the stability and innovation of our operations. You willProvide Expert Support : Deliver L3-level technical support to operational teams.Solve Complex Challenges : Analyze root causes and resolve issues in collaboration with architects and customer teamsAutomate & Maintain : Enhance system processes through automation and maintain up-to-date documentationContribute to Knowledge Sharing : Organize and participate in knowledge transfer sessions to empower teamsSupport Strategic Projects : Play a key role in infrastructure-related initiatives aligned with your expertise Requirements 5+ years of ICT experience in roles such as System Engineer, SRE, or DevOpsA Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experienceStrong expertise in at least two technical domains, such as:Storage: HPE solutions, VEEAM, CephVirtualization: VMwareOperating Systems: RHEL, WindowsNetworking: Cisco ACI, routing, FirewallingPhysical Infrastructure: HPE ILO, rack systemsKnowledge of tools like Ansible, Python, Linux Shell scripting, and GITProficiency with Ansible Tower/Automation PlatformFamiliarity with ITIL V3 principlesAn analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on collaborationFluency in English (C1 level)Availability for 75% onsite presence in Strasbourg if not based locallyExperience with public institutions or international clients is a plus Why join ABAKUS IT solutions?
