Assigned to Administration, Financeand Control Department, he/she is in charge of generating analysis,documents and deliverables assigned to him/her, guaranteeingquality, responsiveness and punctuality. The Analyst reports to theAFC manager for Statutory for timing, priorities of activities andquality of the deliverables Key Activities & Responsibilities:- Support AFC managers for Statutory financial statementspreparation, including, ie., activities in revenues/costs accrualscalculation, fixed asset accounting under Local and IFRS Gaap andreporting, - Support in the preparation of the Explanatory note andManagements reports, - Support to Statutory manager for Auditorsvisit on quarterly basis, collecting information and providingdocumentation, - Support to Statutory manager for Auditors visit onannual basis, collecting information and providing documentation,as per interim and final audit - Working with the AccountingManager in overall preparation of quarterly accounts, includingco-ordination of all schedules, reconciliation and reportingpackages for review by the Accounting Manager, - Support toStatutory manager for specific Tax/Compliance declarations,including regulatory requirements on quarterly/annual basis, -Statutory and compliance postings, statutory and tax fiscal booksupdating under Local and Tax Gaap (Journal book, Fixed assetsregisters, Inventory books, VAT registers, Withholding taxcertifications, ect.). Personal Attributes: - Bachelors degree infinance, accounting, business administration or a related field, -It is a plus to have 3/6 years of experience in tax offices oraudit firms, - fluent English speaker and writer, - strongattention to details, - team worker and effective communicator, -adaptability, entrepreneurship and working with method, - abilityto work under pressure in an environment where priorities must becontinually re-evaluated and adapted as possible.
