As CustomerService Representative, you will undertake all aspects of theCustomer Care activities and collaborate with functionaldepartments throughout the distribution and supply chainoperations. You will be providing high customer service throughefficient ordering and administration of customer queries,purchases and returns in line with our processes and procedures.The Customer Service Representative acts as a representative forMarkem-Imaje and aim to create customer satisfaction and loyalty.This role will work closely with Helpdesk, Planning, AccountManagers and Supply Chain. What you''ll do: Proactive and ReactiveCustomer Contact - Taking and processing orders from customers, aswell as proactively calling customers. Printer Sales and DemoPrinter Orders - Entering orders in SAP, following up on delivery,coordinating communication between sales, the customer andplanning. Support the digital implementation as B2B Customer Portaland Sales Order Automation. Frequently run SAP reports to ensuregoods are progressed, blocked items investigated, and invoicingreleased for printers, spare parts and consumables. Transportfollow-up check overdue orders. Regulation follow-up. Handlespecial invoicing requests for customers. Logistic Claims -Processing logistic claims for damaged or missing items fromcustomer deliveries and initiating resolution. AES Orders - Takingand processing exchange service orders, ensuring return of damagedstock as per contractual terms. Return and Repair Process - Takingand processing printer returns, ensuring repair and return to thecustomer within agreed timelines. Returns Handling - Managingreturns process, coordination between Technical Services, Customerand Platform. Infosys sending (OEMs) - Coordinating and managingcommunications with customer invoices, following up on invoicequeries. Acting as first point of contact in customer queries orfollowing up invoiced orders. What you need to have: Fluency inDutch and English is required; proficiency in French would bebeneficial. Ability to communicate with internal and externalcustomers in advisory capacity. Exceptional knowledge of customerservice, with strong experience in a similar role. Ability totechnically assess situations and issues and proactively advise onsolutions, approaching opportunities from a business perspectiveand not solely from a customer service viewpoint. Customer Care arethe face of Markem-Imaje to the customer and must act asprofessional experts in all touch points. Must be able to followprocedures and plan time for self and others. Ability to managemultiple projects.
