The Strategic Account Success Business Analyst plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing customer success strategies within ZF Aftermarket. This role will support the Strategic Account Success Lead by providing analytical insights, monitoring performance, and enhancing the Strategic Account Development Framework. The analyst will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of strategic account initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of ZFs customer engagement strategy.
responsibilities :
Leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from customer and market data.
Support the development of Customer Business Development Blueprints by identifying trends, opportunities, and risks in account performance.
Assist in the refinement and execution of the Strategic Account Development Framework by analyzing customer journeys and success metrics.
Develop dashboards and reports to track customer performance, portfolio coverage, and business impact of strategic account initiatives.
Provide regular insights into customer health, risk factors, and growth opportunities.
Support the Strategic Account Success Program Office in coordinating project deliverables and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Lines to integrate account success analytics into strategic decision-making.
Identify process improvement opportunities within account management strategies.
Document best practices and insights to enhance future decision-making.
requirements-expected :
Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 35 years of experience in business analysis, customer success, strategic account management, or data analytics, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or B2B industry.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python nice to have) and a strong ability to interpret complex datasets.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate insights to leadership, and experience working in cross-functional environments.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
Strategic Mindset: Critical thinking with a consulting mindset to drive structured problem-solving and decision-making.
