We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our growing

team in Spain. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise B2B sales,

generating his own pipeline and selling Startup solutions, with a particular focus on the

banking, insurance, or government sectors. As we continue expanding our presence in Spain

and beyond, we need a passionate individual who can cultivate new business, build long-term

relationships with international clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Stratios

AI and DF solutions across the Spanish market, targeting large-scale B2B enterprise

clients in the BFSI sector.

Pipeline generation: Capacity to generate and qualify pipeline from scratch using the

tools provided by the company and his own network. Follow that pipeline through the

different MEDDIC stages and into the closing. Once closed, continue working with

the account to upsell and cross sell in the upcoming years.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key

decision-makers, including C-suite executives, at large organizations in banking,

insurance, and government sectors.

Business Development: Actively prospect and engage with potential clients in the

enterprise segment, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to establish Stratio

as a preferred technology partner.

Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, managing all stages

of the sales process with an ability to close high-value deals, ensuring customer

satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Market Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the banking, insurance, and

government sectors to tailor the sales pitch and demonstrate Stratio''s solutions as the

optimal fit for the client''s needs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer

success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and alignment with product

offerings.

Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track performance

metrics, and report on sales activities, opportunities, and results to senior

management.

International Expansion: Contribute to Stratio''s global strategy by leveraging cross-

border experience, working with international teams and clients to expand Stratios

footprint in new markets.


Key Requirements:

Experience:

o 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in enterprise

sales, ideally within the banking, insurance, or government sectors.

o Proven success in selling AI/DF solutions or other advanced technology

products to large organizations.

o In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market, including business culture,

regulatory environment, and key industry players.

o Experience managing and nurturing international client relationships, with a

particular focus on Spain and other key European markets.


Skills & Qualifications:

o Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation,

qualification, contract negotiation, and closing.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage

stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

o Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.

o Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

o Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is a plus.

o Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business

benefits for clients.


Desirable:

o Familiarity with the regulatory and technological challenges faced by financial

institutions and government agencies in Spain.

o Previous experience with AI, big data, or machine learning technologies.
