Business Development Manager Amsterdam, Netherlands Our client, a prominent player in the Financial Services market, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. As an award winning global business, have built an excellent reputation in recruitment industry. Youll join a thriving team working closely with the companys Directors to build new client accounts and expand their existing portfolio. The successful candidate will be focused on tactically and strategically growing our clients contract recruitment business within the Dutch Financial Services market. You will spearhead initiatives by identifying, investigating, and capitalising on potential new secondment interim recruitment projects. With a designated Delivery team, youll have experienced support who will source high calibre candidates, allowing you to focus on client relationships. Investigate the local commercial market to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities. Leverage the companys established portfolio to grow accounts tactically and strategically. Work closely with internal Delivery team to align business development strategies with company goals. Regularly visit clients across the Netherlands to strengthen relationships and explore opportunities. Minimum 4-5 years recruitment experience in a 360 agency capacity, preferably within the contract market. Proven track record as a true Headhunter with exceptional business development capabilities. Must speak a fluent/ native level of Dutch English. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing client expectations effectively.
