Job Description: Business Analyst IAM
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 810 years of experience, preferably in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) or security domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and improve IAM solutions using tools such as Okta, Azure AD, and others. This is a key role within a strategic IAM migration program in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements related to IAM initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate IAM needs into clear technical specifications.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of IAM solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements to IAM frameworks and policies.
Develop and maintain IAM-related documentation including policies, procedures, and standards.
Provide support and training to end users on IAM tools and processes.
Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure security compliance.
Monitor IAM performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
Collaborate with IT, security, and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues promptly.
Act as a technical leader on IAM best practices and ongoing advancements in IAM technology.
Support customer environments and engage with architecture boards.
Create due diligence reports and design documentation.
Lead the high-level analysis of business requirement documentation for quality and accuracy.
Participate in IAM system maintenance (e.g., patching, tuning, backups).

Prior experience in IAM-focused projects or roles.
Background in working with large-scale enterprise IT and security infrastructure.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to IAM.
