We are ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, a bustling three-star hotel with 644 rooms, four unique FB outlets, and a top team of 75 colleagues who warmly welcome our guests every day. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic FB Supervisor with an eye for service, quality, and team spirit.

Your role as FB Supervisor

As FB Supervisor, you are the heart of our FB department. You ensure everything runs smoothly from leading your team to streamlining operations in our outlets. You know how to motivate staff, delight guests, and seize commercial opportunities. You start at 6 a.m. and work until 2 p.m., so you still have plenty of time left in your day!

What will you do?

• Coordinate and support the activities in our 4 different FB outlets;
• Keep an overview during busy shifts and ensure smooth handovers;
• Create efficient staff schedules and lead the team on the floor;
• Coach and develop your colleagues, raising the level of service;
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and encourage upselling;
• Actively work alongside your team during peak times teamwork makes the dream work!

You are:

• Available 4 or 5 days a week;
• Hospitable, service-oriented, and a strong communicator;
• A true team player who easily switches between operational and coaching tasks;

• Positive, energetic, and ready for the next step in your hospitality career!
