In order to accelerate the growth of our consulting activities in the Belgian market, Avertim is currently seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead and expand our consulting teams.
As Senior Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and development. You will manage a team of Business Managers and consultants, acting as a trusted partner to our clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Focus on expanding consulting activities, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and managing the client portfolio to ensure alignment with Avertims key business outcomes: performance, innovation, and compliance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, expand and manage a high-performing team of consultants and dynamic Business Managers. Drive career and personal development initiatives in collaboration with Avertims HR department to ensure continuous growth and engagement of your team.
- Offer Development and Contract Management: Oversee the projects of your consultant team, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with client goals. Your primary focus will be on client portfolio development and ensuring smooth operations, leveraging the expertise of your consultant team to achieve outstanding results.
Your Profile:
- Masters Degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of proven experience with experience in management, preferably within consulting.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- High levels of resilience, ambition, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
