The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of all depot activities, including the management of staff, inventory, and logistics processes.The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage depot operations (including several trips across Italy), ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and proceduresOversee the work of depot staff (scheduling, training, and performance management)Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and timely replenishmentCoordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of parcelsImplement and maintain health and safety standards within the depotResolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly and effectivelyPrepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changesCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiencyMaintain a clean, organized, and secure depot environmentQualifications:Proven experience in a supervisory role within a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environmentStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to be part of an innovative and rapidly growing companyCompany car#J-18808-Ljbffr
