JOB DESCRIPTION:


We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer with extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of contract law, liabilities, indemnities, and the legal implications of breaches and unfulfillments. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong critical thinking, procedural strategy, and expertise in the burden of proof and procedural technique.

This role is to provide support in the corporate legal area, making sure that the group is compliant with local corporate requirements and serves as liaison to the Finance, HR, Tax and Accounting teams for questions relating to the drafting of intragroup agreements, approval of annual accounts and review of financing agreements, facilitating the operative of the corporate entities individually and as a group.


This role is also responsible for reviewing drafted documents, liaising with directors, external advisers, and local offices across the globe to gather input, signatures and finalize documentation.

Coordinate external company secretarial advisors and external lawyers.
