Social network you want to login/join with:To cooperate with the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager during the Project Execution Phase in managing contractual relationships with Clients and stakeholders.MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Have full knowledge of contract documents, including scope of work, queries, and deviations submitted during tendering.Understand the breakdown of the contract price and the project schedule logic.Assist in preparing tools for project execution, such as contract diagrams, induction support materials, execution plans, risk analyses, and management reports.Help prepare drafts of communications regarding contractual issues.Record instances where clients or partners do not fulfill contractual obligations.Coordinate with the Project Team to identify and prepare change orders using the Alert Cards system.Keep the status of change orders updated.Analyze negative change orders issued by clients and prepare responses.Assist in analyzing contractual topics with the PD/PM and Project Team.Support dealings with external lawyers in coordination with Legal Affairs.Identify contractual provisions for transfer to vendors and subcontractors, and communicate these to the respective managers for finalization.Participate in CAR/EAR insurance activities according to company documentation.Identify critical issues related to subcontractor contracts, analyze impacts, and coordinate necessary actions.Collaborate in risk analysis activities.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Engineering.1-3 years of experience in Contract Management within Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, or Energy Transition sectors.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
