Description

  1. The role involves working closely with the current Manager of Procurement Intelligence and Analytics to support Avon International Procurement. The goal is to establish consistent processes, reporting, and tools that contribute to a sustainable and top-tier procurement organization, which can generate substantial and enduring value throughout the Supply Chain.
  2. Supporting procurement colleagues by actively ensuring the timely availability of dependable data, which is then converted into actionable insights in reports. This aids in strategic decision-making and actions that lead to efficient category management.
  3. Create timely and reliable standard reports and offer insights on how category teams can manage and enhance their performance.
  4. Review, standardize, and deliver KPI reports.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement through ongoing analysis of expenditure and market data.
  6. Engage in continuous stakeholder discussions and reviews to involve all parties in category-related decisions.
  7. Must have the ability to influence and align procurement teams to a consistent best-in-class process, drive process discipline, and ensure effectiveness.
  8. Oversee governance in the Market Intelligence domain of Procurement.
  9. Issue monthly commodity indices using the Market Intelligence Tool, maintaining procurement relevance.
  10. Work with Market Intelligence providers to ensure procurement category teams receive necessary data and support.
  11. Support procurement initiatives related to system and tool enhancements or modifications.

Requirements:

  1. Graduates of Supply Chain and Engineering-related courses, particularly Industrial Engineering, are preferred.
  2. 5+ years of relevant functional experience, with a focus on Procurement, supply chain processes, IT excellence, and Source to Pay Operations.
  3. Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools is highly desirable. Applicants should also have experience in data management, statistics, and a background in finance.
  4. Strong knowledge and a proven track record in process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, are essential.
  5. Preferably with problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and develop potential solutions.
  6. Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, are required.
