Your Role :
- Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program.
- Effective co-ordination of the overall program management, inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising
- Experience managing large scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state of the art infrastructure and "4 9s" (99.99%) or above SLA, that includes responsibilities of 24x7 monitoring, Incident, Change & rest of ITIL Processes
- Performance management (setting up indicators, financial follow-up: revenue / costs / invoicing, identification of deviations and setting up corrective plans, etc.).
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with technical and specialist standards
- Co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits
- Works full-time on the program for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.

Your profile :
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management and have been involved in the different phases of complex technical projects from design, sales to implementation.
- Master the AGILE method and have implemented it in projects.
- Master the concepts of the Public, Private, Hybrid cloud.
- Demonstrated in previous missions expertise in customer relationship management, including conflict resolution, management of a contractual perimeter, mission management.
- Like to work in a team, have analytical and synthesis skills, and communication to be one of strong points.
