This will be the scope of our business in which you can make a meaningful difference!Job Purpose :The AWS Customer Success Manager is responsible for optimizing business processes related to platform and vendor integration, customer engagement, and partner training. This includes providing shared support and ensuring partner success through TD SYNNEX Italy.An important role for this partner success specialist is to design and implement scalable regional operational processes and monitor AWS services aligned with TD SYNNEXs platform offerings. The specialist will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure understanding, documentation, and coordination of activities. They will own and coordinate projects, briefings, and updates, working closely with business unit leaders, marketing teams, and vendors to develop strategies and prepare internal systems for launching platform products, services, programs, and campaigns across Italy.Responsibilities :Scout new partners with proactive engagementOnboard, educate, foster adoption, and act as a customer advocateDefine and design central operations supporting TD SYNNEX AWS BusinessProvide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio, including monetization modelsDesign customer experiences to enhance key touchpointsReview and advise on existing processes, including legal, compliance, services, and platform supportDocument all processes to ensure standardization and quality service levelsAct as business owner for operational system enablement, liaising with platform and IT teamsMaintain communication with stakeholders across countries regarding processesQualifications and Experience :Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional customer service orientationExperience working in international, results-driven projectsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks under pressureExperience managing customer success software and toolsExperience managing virtual teams in a service desk environment (preferred)5+ years in the IT industry, with channel and/or vendor experiencePrevious experience with AWS or other hyperscalers (preferred)AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (plus)Professional proficiency in English, native Italian speakerKnowledge and Skills :Solid understanding of eCommerce platformsKnowledge of AWS vendor dynamics within distribution channelsStrategic and analytical skillsWhats In It For You?Elective Benefits tailored to your countryCareer growth with leadership and development programsWell-being initiatives for financial, physical, and mental healthCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionNetworking opportunities within our global organizationParticipation in community and social initiativesDont meet every single requirement?
