Job Title: Beauty Consultant - Farmacia ChannelAdecco Outsourcing is seeking a Beauty Consultant for the pharmacy channel for a multinational leader in the beauty sector. The Consultant reports to the Area Manager of Adecco in the assigned area.Responsibilities:Plan visits independently in coordination with managers for pharmacies already assigned at the regional level. Responsible for achieving sales targets to end consumers.Sell dermocosmetic products.Organize consultative sales days: recruit clients within the store, perform cosmetic check-ups, and advise on and sell the most suitable dermocosmetic products based on client needs.Provide training to pharmacy managers and staff: training covers customer approach, sales techniques, and product technical features.Ensure the achievement of individual goals and the continuity and quality of the consulting service in pharmacies under your responsibility.Requirements:Flexibility, autonomy, excellent stress management, communication, and organizational skills.Dynamism and availability for regional travel within the assigned provinces.Knowledge of the pharmacy channel.Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant/esthetician in a pharmacy setting.Good skills in the dermocosmetic sector.What We Offer:Commerce contract with Adecco Outsourcing, Level V, on-call, kilometer reimbursement, meal vouchers, and bonuses.Ongoing training, on-field support, participation in company meetings, and opportunities for growth in managerial or commercial sectors.Area of competence: VeronaAvailability: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
