Key Responsibilities - Develop andexecute product marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales andinbound lead generation. - Manage and continuously improve digitalassets: e-commerce, CRM systems, landing pages, and lead platforms.- Increase the contribution of digital channels to become the mainsource of qualified leads and direct sales. - Work closely withSales to align on lead generation goals and ensure lead quality andconversion. - Use data and performance analytics to monitor resultsand optimize digital initiatives. - Launch and adapt digitalproduct campaigns across Italy and international markets. -Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and CRMteams to ensure full channel integration. - Stay updated on markettrends and competitor activities to uncover new promotionalopportunities. Requirements - 35 years of experience in productmarketing, digital sales, or related areas. - Strong sales-drivenmindset, used to working with KPIs and lead generation goals. -In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketingautomation, and lead gen tools. - Experience using analytics toolslike Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign reporting. -Data-driven mindset and strong result orientation. - Experienceworking in both national and international markets. - Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken. - Proactive, entrepreneurial, andcomfortable in cross-functional team environments.
