- Champion the brand from inception to market, leveraging consumer insights to inform every decision.

- Shape our brand''s future with a robust innovation pipeline, tailored to meet both consumer insights and retailer needs.
- Develop a comprehensive path-to-purchase strategy, overcoming barriers to trial and purchase through targeted marketing activities.

Requirements
- A university degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Proven expertise in product and brand management, with a deep understanding of the Belgian retail landscape.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a significant advantage, and a genuine passion for food is essential.
- Fluency in Dutch is required, along with a strong command of French and English to effectively engage in our multilingual environment.
- Exceptional management abilities, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.
- The ability to craft and communicate a compelling vision for the brand.
