What Youll Be Doing

As a 360 Data Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering data-driven transformation projects. Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading end-to-end data programs across various domains (Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, BI, etc.)
• Building and mentoring a cross-functional team to deliver impactful outcomes
• Designing and executing data strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Selecting and implementing Data Management tools (Collibra, Informatica, Precisely, Purview,...)
• Enhancing Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks and associated tooling
• Promoting data literacy and enabling data-driven cultures across client organizations

Who You Are

Youre a versatile and strategic thinker with:

• Solid experience managing data initiatives across multiple domains
• Strong knowledge of Data Management principles, frameworks, and tooling
• The ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills and a desire to grow and inspire a team
• A proactive, consultative mindset and a drive to deliver real-world impact

Languages

• Fluent English (must)
• Fluent in Dutch or French (must)

Location: Our main office is in Antwerp (near train station), but we work with clients across Belgium. We value work-life balance and consider your home location when assigning projects. Work can be on-site, remote, or from our office depending on what makes the most sense.
