Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join KIKO MILANOs E-commerce Team, reporting to the Head of E-store.
Such talent is responsible for the management of WW E-commerce sites contents.
In particular, you will:
- Manage local websites with full animation plan (launches, promos)
- Monitor online merchandising performance (conversion optimization, searches management, sorting rules, etc)
- Manage websites 360 content through CMS
- Collect E-commerce business needs/Wishlist and collaborate with Customer experience team for prioritization management
- Build clear business specifications based on competitors benchmark and market best practices on relevant features
- Support implementation of all system emails, labels, etc, related to new releases
- Test quality before monthly releases globally
- Deploy and configure new features
- Manage on-site SEO-related contents (content optimization in all languages so including translations optimization)
- Cooperate with SEO agency to improve organic rankings and captivate audience
- Start cross communications and links between social networks database-platforms and website whilst ensuring link-building
What you will need to succeed
- Minimum 4-year experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, Contentful CMS, Salesforce is a plus
- Full understanding of the end-to-end UI-UX shopping experience
- Technical knowledge of E-commerce platforms and E-commerce-related software
- Knowledge of CMS tools
- Advanced Knowledge of GA tool (Data Studio; Google Optimize; Google Merchant is a plus)
- Fluent in English
