Pernod Ricard is looking for aGlobal Business Process Manager - Intercompany Flows! TheIntercompany Flows Manager is pivotal in designing, specifying, andleading the development of intercompany transaction processeswithin the target ERP system. This key role focuses on creating astandardized and harmonized framework to manage all intercompanyflows, including goods transactions, financial settlements, andreconciliations across Pernod Ricard''s global operations. The aimis to ensure efficiency, leverage SAP capabilities to improve waysof working within Pernod Ricard. You will be based at The Island,our office in central Paris. Your key missions: - Process Designfor Intercompany Transactions: Lead the design of comprehensiveprocesses for managing intercompany flows, focusing on ordermanagement flow optimization including automation of compliancechecks to strengthen this process at the cornerstone ofcollaboration from Pernod Ricard. - Specification Development:Define clear specifications for intercompany transaction processesto be integrated into the ERP system, detailing workflow steps,data requirements, and control points. - ERP Development: Spearheadthe development and implementation of designed intercompanyprocesses within the ERP system, working closely with Tech,business, and ERP specialists to ensure accurate functionality andintegration. - Harmonization and Standardization: Ensure thedesigned intercompany processes are standardized and harmonizedacross all organizational entities, promoting consistency andefficiency in global operations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with finance, customer service and supply chaindepartments to gather requirements and ensure the intercompanyprocesses meet all internal and external compliance standards. -Change Management - Drive organizational change management effortsto ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP template. - Communicateregularly with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged. -Address resistance and implement corrective actions as needed. Ifyou recognize yourself in the description below, don''t wait toapply! - Master''s degree in engineering or business school - Atleast 8 years of experience in the consumer goods industry -Experience in intercompany logistics flow and/or accounting - SAPSavvy is a nice to have, but proficiency in ERP systems and processmanagement tools is a must - Ability to work effectively in amulticultural and cross-functional team environment - Excellentanalytical and problem-solving abilities - Fluent English, Frenchand Spanish appreciated but not mandatory - Excellent communicationand collaboration abilities.
